Hi! Welcome to my site. I am a PhD student at McGill University in Dr. Laura Pollock's lab. In my PhD, I am interested in how species interactions could influence how species respond to climate change and what this means for biodiversity conservation here in Canada. Specifically, I aim to answer 3 main questions critical to the future of Canadian biodiversity:

  • How do species interactions influence climate-driven range shifts in Canadian species?

  • How can we translate the threats posed by climate change on species distributions into conservation decisions and priorities?

  • How can we use species interactions, together with citizen science data, to infer biogeographic patterns in community assembly?
